Terms and Conditions
1. Provider and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website nervousystemrevolution.com and the purchase of the digital products and programs offered on it, including digital books and the online program The Nervous System Revolution in its several access tiers.
The website is operated by:
Martin Segeth
Kaldenhofkamp 37
45473 Mülheim an der Ruhr
Email: martin@nervousystemrevolution.com
By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or make a purchase.
2. Products Offered
This website currently offers the following:
Digital book (PDF download): The Nervous System Revolution: What High Performers Learn When the Body Finally Says No by Martin Segeth. The book is delivered as a PDF file by email after purchase.
Free preview (PDF): A preview version of the book (Prologue and Chapters 1–2), delivered free by email after signup. No purchase is required.
The Nervous System Revolution — Program. A structured, self-paced online program delivered through the provider’s online learning platform, offered in three access tiers:
- Self-Paced — full access to all program modules and video lessons, delivered as digital content.
- Guided — everything in Self-Paced, plus personal support services (a 1:1 onboarding call, monthly small-group calls, and a limited number of personal email check-ins). Currently available by waitlist only.
- Direct — everything in Guided, plus a number of private 1:1 sessions with the provider. Available by application only; pricing is provided on request.
Each tier is sold for a one-time payment and grants access for 12 months from the date of purchase. The program does not renew automatically. After 12 months, access ends and a new purchase is required to regain access.
Links to third-party platforms: This website contains links to Amazon and other retailers where the book is also available, in both digital and print editions. These are external services not operated by the provider.
Further offerings may be added in the future. These Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly before any such offering is made available for purchase.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices shown on this website are final prices in euros (EUR).
4. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer (invitatio ad offerendum).
By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product. The contract is concluded when the provider sends a confirmation email and delivers the product, or when the provider explicitly accepts the order by email.
By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
5. Delivery of Digital Products and Program Access
After successful purchase, the PDF file will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery takes place immediately after payment confirmation.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If the problem persists, contact the provider at the address listed in Section 1.
The provider bears no responsibility for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address supplied by the customer, or by the customer’s email provider blocking the message.
In case of a defective file or a broken download link, contact the provider at the email address in Section 1 within a reasonable period. A working copy will be provided at no additional cost.
Access to the program. After purchase, access to the program is provided through an account on the provider’s online learning platform, immediately or as soon as reasonably possible after payment confirmation, for the 12-month access period. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Access is personal and may not be shared with, or transferred to, any other person. The provider may use third-party services to host the platform and video content; their availability is not guaranteed at all times, though the provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain access throughout the access period.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
As a consumer (Verbraucher) within the meaning of §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
a) Digital book (PDF) and the Self-Paced program (digital content). For digital content not supplied on a physical medium — the PDF book and the Self-Paced program — the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period where performance has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. During checkout you confirm both conditions by ticking a checkbox before completing the purchase. Once you have confirmed and the download or program access has begun, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, and no refunds are issued for these products.
b) Guided and Direct (programs including personal support services). Because these tiers include personal support and coaching services, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies and is not excluded. If you expressly request that these services begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and you then withdraw, you must pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal (value compensation under §§ 357 ff. BGB). Full withdrawal instructions and a model withdrawal form are set out in the Annex to these Terms.
c) Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee (Guided and Direct only). In addition to and independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, the provider offers a voluntary money-back guarantee on the Guided and Direct tiers. If, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you decide the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund by email to the address in Section 1. No reason is required. Where a 1:1 session has already taken place, the value of that session may be deducted from the refunded amount. This guarantee is granted on top of, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
d) Statutory rights for defective products remain unaffected. If a file or the platform is defective, contact the provider as described in Section 5 and a working copy or access will be provided at no additional cost.
7. Personal Support and Coaching (Guided and Direct)
The personal support elements of the Guided and Direct tiers (onboarding call, group calls, email check-ins, and 1:1 sessions) are provided within your 12-month access period and must be used within that period; unused sessions or check-ins expire at the end of it and are not carried over or refunded. Sessions are scheduled by mutual arrangement. Email check-ins and between-session messaging are answered within two working days and are not a crisis-support or emergency service. These elements are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical treatment.
8. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe. The provider does not store payment card data. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.
Purchase is only possible after full payment. The product is not delivered until payment has been confirmed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in the products sold, including but not limited to the text, structure, graphics, and brand elements, is protected by copyright and owned by the provider unless otherwise stated.
Purchase of the PDF grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the content for your own private use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, or publicly share the content in any form, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the provider.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the program content (including video lessons and accompanying materials) for your own private use during the access period. You may not download (except where expressly offered), record, copy, reproduce, distribute, share login access, sublicense, sell, or publicly share any part of the program content without the provider’s prior written consent.
10. Links to External Platforms
This website contains links to Amazon and other platforms where the book is also available. These links are provided for your convenience. The provider does not receive any commission or compensation from purchases made through them.
The provider has no control over the content, availability, or terms of third-party platforms and accepts no responsibility for them. Visiting a third-party platform is subject to that platform’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Purchases of the print edition through Amazon are governed by Amazon’s own Terms and Conditions, not these. The provider’s responsibility for Amazon purchases is limited to the editorial content of the book itself. Questions about delivery, returns, refunds, or payment for Amazon purchases should be directed to Amazon.
11. Liability
The provider makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content on this website and in the products offered. However, no guarantee is given that the content is free from errors or up to date.
The content of this website and the products sold are intended for informational purposes only. Nothing in them constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical advice. The information does not replace professional medical or psychological care. If you are in a health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.
This applies equally to the program and to any personal support or coaching elements. The content and any support provided are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical advice or treatment, and do not replace professional care. No specific outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.
Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data in connection with purchases and email signups is described in the Privacy Policy. By making a purchase or signing up, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) for consumers, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
The provider is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and does not do so voluntarily.
14. Term, Access Period and Termination
The program is purchased for a one-time fee granting a fixed 12-month access period. It does not renew automatically and ends at the close of that period without the need for cancellation. Your statutory right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected and can be exercised at any time, including via the cancellation function provided on the website.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants (Kaufleuten), legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law is Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.
16. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. The current version is always accessible at this page.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Annex A — Withdrawal Instructions (Widerrufsbelehrung)
These instructions apply to the service-based tiers (Guided and Direct). They do not apply to the digital book (PDF) or the Self-Paced program, for which the right of withdrawal is waived at checkout as set out in Section 6(a).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Martin Segeth, Kaldenhofkamp 37, 45473 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, email: martin@nervousystemrevolution.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services under the contract.
Annex B — Model Withdrawal Form
